1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lawinph platform available at lawinph.app (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the lawinph Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules, policies, and procedures published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. lawinph reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion, subject to applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and lawinph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating thereto.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, you must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the lawinph Platform. It is a criminal offence under Philippine law for persons under 21 to participate in casino-style gambling activities.

2.2 Age Verification. lawinph is legally required to verify the age of all registered users. By registering, you consent to lawinph conducting age and identity verification checks using the information you provide and third-party verification services. lawinph reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold funds pending satisfactory verification.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended primarily for use by Philippine residents. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. lawinph does not knowingly accept players from prohibited jurisdictions.

2.4 Exclusion Lists. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling, or who have been excluded by order of PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority, are not permitted to use the Platform. If you are aware that you are on any such exclusion list, you must not register or attempt to register on the lawinph Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the lawinph Platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify lawinph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. lawinph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). lawinph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by lawinph to complete KYC verification. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lawinph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. lawinph endeavours to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. lawinph does not guarantee processing times as they may be affected by factors outside our control.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the lawinph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lawinph is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or fees charged by your payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML monitoring in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General. lawinph may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Abuse. lawinph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where lawinph reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically exploiting low-wagering games, or coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus terms.

5.4 Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the specified period and bonus funds not wagered within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on lawinph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or human error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, lawinph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. lawinph's decision on such matters is final, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting is governed by lawinph's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or materially changed will be handled in accordance with those rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lawinph Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine law;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or game manipulation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Platform;
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Engaging in charge-backs or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Using the Platform while knowingly self-excluded or subject to any gambling exclusion order.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lawinph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and design elements, is the property of lawinph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from lawinph.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The lawinph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lawinph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 lawinph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 In no event shall lawinph's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to lawinph. The collection, use, and processing of your personal data is governed by the lawinph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 lawinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

11.2 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, lawinph encourages you to seek help. Information on responsible gaming resources is available at /responsible-gaming.

11.3 lawinph complies with all PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and will remain in effect for the duration specified by the player, with a minimum period of six (6) months.

11.4 Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent exclusion. lawinph uses reasonable technical and procedural controls to enforce exclusions, but cannot guarantee absolute prevention of access by excluded players using false information.

12. Amendments and Governing Law

12.1 Amendments. lawinph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or on-platform notification no less than seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to your right to bring a complaint before PAGCOR under its applicable dispute resolution procedures.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
